I wanted to introduce myself a little differently! I hope you enjoy it. I'm looking forward to contributing to this wonderful community! The cartoon legitimately looks like me aside from the dirty mo.
I've been preparing some great content to follow up with, a little more personal stuff, on matters that...well..matter and some fun things along the way! Anyway, can't wait to share with you!
@dan @ned @dantheman - I will let you guys fight it out to which one is you on the train :)
wellcome
Welcome , It's very cute
@myfirst thanks :)!
Welcome @littlebirdy! I really enjoyed your cartoon life-story. I believe it's a good investment for the soul to ditch the office and study philosophy instead. I did that some years ago, and think of it as replacing income with wisdom. If you have the time, read my essay on Descartes and the external world. https://steemit.com/writing/@jonasontheroof/essay-knowledge-of-the-external-world
I would love to see some philosophical cartoons from you on steemit!
@jonasontheroof thanks for the amazing comment! glad you enjoyed it! it wasn't the plan to continue doing comics, I just thought it was a different kind of introduction that steemers may enjoy! but I am now reconsidering seeing people seem to dig it :)
I hope you will :)
This is absolutely the best introduceyourself in forever!
Is this art your own original work? If so have you considered producing a regular webcomic for steem? I would totally pay for that and upvote it al day long!
Listen, following doesn't work right now. So just hop in any of my blogs if you post any more.
In the meantime, if you upvote your commentors (even the bots) and make sure to respond to comments it will keep you in active long enough for a whale to stop by and give this some love to get it on the front page, where it belongs!
@williambanks thanks fellow steemer! Unfortunatley I fell asleep so must have missed the love :( anyway! To answer your question no they are not mine, I'm a writer but always wanted to write a comic so found this handy site to help me generate them. I think I'm going to continue telling my story through them and use them on here instead of writing - a bit of a change! Thanks for all the helpful insights though! will be sure to check in and give you a follow when we can on here :)
welcome Birdy! as a guy in the office, are you still working-out?
Welcome jack the cartoon
@steemitvirals - real life version of jack to come :)
i am waiting
Oooh. Another illustrator! Welcome to the site man!
I'm KLYE.. I draw the stuff that no one else wants to be seen drawing.
What program do you use? Personally for my #klyeart I use MS-Paint.
Can't wait to see more of your work. Perhaps when you're ready we can do an artist collaboration of some sorts. I'm generally around.
@kyle unfortunately they are not my own, well not unfortunately. I use a couple of online tools to create them, i am a writer...but I can't draw and always wanted to do a comic! So this was my best option to give it a shot and to still have some self expression!
