RE: Hello! I am Kusari (鎖), and I'm Fucking Pissed!! - Attention all Victims of @Grumpycat!!

in #introduceyourself7 years ago (edited)

You are missing the point. The point is that there is a theif here that needs stopped called grumpycat, and that this account will be helping his victims recover. The blacklist is only for scammers/spammers and it is advertised that they will not receive a refund. Everything else gets a refund.

I just checked your stuff and most of it is from dmania. Sneaky Ninja no longer accepts dmania posts but none of those are blacklisted. You would just be refunded.

A refund with a reason is all I ask, anything less is straight up theft. Where is this blacklist published so users know which bots to avoid and which bots appreciate the business?

no, because the people that get blacklisted know that they are scamming the system. There is not a single bot that refunds blacklisted accounts and I'm sure there never will be.

You are clearly arguing a point you do not fully understand.

Why do you think they never complain?

I've made it very clear to everyone that if you are blacklisted you will not get a refund. It's just a policy... deal with it. Besides you are not blacklisted so it's not even your fight.

Refund with a reason and users won't support blacklisting bots, simple. Anything less is theft by deception and the breaking of a contract.

Your answer to my question of where the blacklist can be referenced is no?
