I just read your stunning intro post! I used to live in wild west Wales, just across the water from beautiful Donegal! But now live in Costa Rica for the beautiful wildlife and surf!
My brother and I have run a wild food business since 1994 supplying herbs and vegetables from the wild directly to chefs. I am very interested in the benefits of wild foods and herbs from around the globe, nutritionally and medicinally. If I can be of any assistance to your work it would be a great pleasure.

I'm always really pleased to connect with people interested in wild foods!!! Hmmmm... Costa Rica?? I actually met a travelling apprentice chef specializing in wild foods from Costa Rica! I wonder if you know him? His name is Gilberto.
