I’m really looking into sifferent plants to try like yucca root and dragon fruit but I’m still expanding!
Have a look into incorporating some common "weeds" into your salads, they're nutrient power houses and I think are not celebrated enough by the veggie community. I've being doing research on wild foods in Brazil and they've really taken off with vegetarian communities there. Look forward to reading more from you!
