This is my first post so be patient with me, Let me introduce myself my name is juneil, but my friends call me sometimes jun or neil. I’m from Cebu City Philippines I hope you know my place, if you are a boxing fun and you heard Manny Pacquiao and in Billiard World Efren Bata Reyes them I’m pretty sure you know Philippines, because this persons made our beloved country known to the world, and recently our President, of all the controversies he made, all the news about him of all the killings happened in our place then I’m sure you know Philippines

1st stage

I work as a IT technician of a certain Computer Store Company. We sell all IT products such as desktop computers, laptops, cameras and its accessories. After less than a year I was assigned to other branch store (it has 45 Stores in the Philippines), I was assigned in Davao City (southern part of the Philippines). And I become an IT manager in that store. Davao City is where our president (Duterte) came from, that’s why I knew him personally. He is very Strict and he really implement the law in his City, when he says NO SMOKING, then no smoking, NO FIRE CRACKER then no fire cracker, NO AERIAL SPRAY for the bananas in the City then no aerial spray. Davao City is the only place in the Philippines no fire cracker in Christmas and New Year celebration, I said it again the ONLY place. I been there for more than 2 years I’ll tell you it’s a safest place in Mindanao. I enjoyed working there I like my co-worker, the staff of all the happiness and good things happened to us in the store (we are in top 3 in all stores in the company)”felling proud” it reached to its end. I resigned one of the reason I’m very far from home, my parents and girlfriend wants me to go home. So I resigned.

2nd stage

When I went home (Cebu City), I decided to start an Internet Shop in our house because it is my field(computer),to make it short, it became bigger and bigger 5 units of pcs, then became 10 and 10 became 15 and then 20 units of computers, then I transfer to bigger place I rent a place near school, and it runs pretty well in 3 years, until, I comes the smart phones, iPhones, androids it killing me softly (hehehe) because not all my customers are gamer, some to them just do research, Facebook, Friendster, Yahoo messenger chatting with foreigner friends abroad, video chat or video call. And our internet connection here in our country is very slow. Slower than a turtle, but now it’s improving. With that I lost almost half of my customers, because smart phones can access internet already, so they can do research, chatting, video call video chat in their phones. I realized it will never be going well again and before it’s too late I stop it and sell all my units.

3rd stage
Ever since I love pets, like dogs and birds I have an idea how to take good care of them. And I really love animals too. So I invested in pet shop. I sell not only ordinary pets like cats, dogs, rabbits and fish but also exotics animals, like tarantula, scorpion, snake and etc. also sell basic pet accessories and their foods. At the start it is very shaky business, I think all business when it’s just started its very shaky. The pet shop lasted only a year. Because I have a friend has a very big project a housing project for the victim of typhoon Haiyan which also known as typhoon Yolanda he wanted me to involved in the project. So I stop the shop.

4th stage
In the project I served as a purchasing officer and a supervisor at the same time, the beneficiaries of the project are those Persons with Disability (PWD), without house and some of them their houses were destroyed by the typhoon. My duty is to make sure that all materials that were needed in building a house must be purchased on time and delivered on time in different places and to liquidate all the expenses we made. I'm also the one who makes weekly reports of every house we completed. The house that we build is a concrete house, of all the houses that were built or given to the victim of the typhoon Yolanda, I can proudly say our house if not the best one of the best. By the way we are funded by the Germans. The 1st phase of the project, building standalone houses and the second phase is the community houses which are duplex houses, and we were given less than a year to complete all 50 houses. We double; we triple our time just to make it in the deadline. And Glory to God we made it; we completed the project 100% last December, 2017. As we build the house of every beneficiaries I’ve heard their stories in life, some of the stories very encouraging in spite of their situation, some of their stories it make your tears drop of all the hardship they been through all their adversity in life, you can say I am blessed by God that somehow I never been in their situation. Some of the beneficiaries are thankful and some of them, sad to say they are not.

5th stage
Now that I finished the project, I have gain little knowledge about the constructing; building houses and I have a very good team, consisting foremen, laborers electrician plumber, now I contracting houses while waiting for the next project.
