I have tried setting up a school in Maracaibo.
Not me personally as it's too dangerous for tall, blonde europeans like me to travel to the country, but I completely funded the school and gave guidance to the people that I know over there.
We were really close to opening the school after paying bribes to get the business approved and a number of other bribes, but in the end they just kept asking for more and more money..
It's something that has bothered me for a very long time as I did it with the right intentions.
