This is a great community of content creators. Steemit has a bit of a learning curve. So try to have patience to understand the platform, how to format your posts, and optimize your payouts.

@steembasicincome is a service for getting small, lifetime upvotes on your posts.
https://steem.io/steem-bluepaper.pdf is the steem bluepaper, which gives information about the platform.
http://www.steemreports.com/accounts-reporting-tool/ will help you with financial records and doing taxes!
