This is a sound project. I guess one of the issues is a transient population. A little education at the beginning can flatten out an otherwise daunting learning curve that may cause attrition otherwise.
I really fancy writing several newbie guides while it's all still fresh. I think a slightly irreverent, satirical slant may work best to slip information in seamlessly.
I'll have a crack at it this week.
