Some suggestions:

Don't waste your earnings on bidbots.
Don't comment on posts other people write asking for upvotes or followers
Do make substantive comments on posts other people write to foster conversation and build relationships.
Do practice writing and hone your craft. Post original content, and don't spam memes.
