I kind of want to focus on showing images of stuff I have captured in my photo career. I am less interested in hyping myself although it is good advice, never the less maybe in the future I can add something off topic about myself in general.

The reason I said to add a photo of yourself with a sign that says Steemit and the date (to your introductory post) is so that is a form of varifying you are a real person and not a "robot" site. There are a couple ways to varify that your are a real person... my suggestion is just the easiest. Looking forward to your photography. :-)
I am for sure a real person, the stories I write should be convincing ;D
