Hello everyone!
To be honest, it's only been a week or so since I heard about steemit (thanks to @maddielymburner and her awesome youtube-videos!). As soon as I signed up, I was charmed by this platform, and couldn't sleep the following night as I kept thinking about steemit!
So who am I and what am I doing here?
My name is Jasmin and I just popped up to share my knowledge and hopefully make you smile.
Where do I live?
I live in Finland.
What do I do?
I study Clinical Nutrition in the University of Eastern Finland. Nutrition and exercising for overall health are some things I'm truly passionate about. Acrobatics (especially improving my handstands), powerlifting and yoga are the things that intrigue me the most, at least for the moment. Quite an interesting combo, but that's just how I am, I start doing something and fall in love right away.
What will I post about?
1. Plant-based eating and recipes
Simple, inexpensive and delicious!
2. Tips on exercising and improving one's overall health
I'm not a huge social media star, but I sincerely do believe that I have something to offer to anyone willing to hear. If even one person will read through my upcoming posts and get any kind of help from them, I'll be neverendingly happy. A humongous smile is drawn to my face each time I'm able to make a difference in someone's life, it's truly gratifying!
3. Anything I found worth posting of!
Today I want to say how much I enjoy the beauty of winter in Finland.

Vegan food in Finland is pretty standard, if you can say so. Perhaps not as much fresh vegetables as in Southern countries, but still delicious! Some specialties too, such as pulled oats (https://goldandgreenfoods.com/products/). :)
