My name is Ismael Ugas, I am 43 years old, married to a beautiful wife (@roseri) and 3 wonderful sons, Genesis, Ismael and Amber, whom I love and care for as much as possible. From a very young age to 10 years, I had to face life working; I still remember my first business I call it that because I bought and. He was very small! But that did not limit me to the contrary I was proud of myself the man of the house who was to help bring the bread to the table, so began my vision of responsibility and work.
This allowed me to help my mother and my sister to keep us as family, since she was a single mother with two children, she also had a bodeguita in the neighborhood.
Thanks to my mother who encouraged me to work and always mentioned me that God will help us but we have to do our part and what we can not, God will do for us, that were his words very short but very striking and encouraging today I thank God for the care towards me.
As I told you at the beginning I have a beautiful family that stimulates and is my engine, to fight day by day for their well-being so to make the way easier for my children, who do not have to run into the hard things that I pass and teach them That principle I learned from my mother that above all things learn to have Faith in God that is the maximum power of the human being, yes, Faith in God, thus learn to decide better and to have wisdom in any situation. I still believe that there are better things for those who do not conform to the present, and in that search for excellence, the best, I had to emigrate with my family from our country and you could not live to find the basics and decided to settle in Another neighboring country (Manaus-Brazil) not by this I mean that I have forgotten my country Venezuela, which I love and wish to return soon if God allows me.
Within what I must mention is that I have always been involved in accepting challenges, goals, professional challenges, for that reason I mention some work experiences, which I think have marked my life and one of the most beautiful experiences on a professional level and was In 2008, I received a call to show the people of my country the opportunity to get to know "Jerusalem" Holy Land, although it was on a labor level for me personally enjoyed a lot more than 90 people that year, many did not believe In my capacity but with effort I achieve it. And then we returned in 2013 with 227 pilgrims, we visited that beautiful land again, which became a very beautiful project that annually we would repeat, but for many political reasons of our country it was not possible to continue, and not to do it more extensive; We will soon resume this project; Now if you ask me if money is needed? Today I still maintain the expectations of continuing to know amazing places that feed our intellect and that I can enjoy with my family the beauty of life I will always have that north. Coming to Brazil was another challenge that we embraced with my wife and baby under 2 years old, with almost a year in Manaus, which has not been easy either, since we arrived at a furniture factory but with the idea of ​​becoming economically independent , We opened a fast food place almost 2 months ago and we do well, I tell you that my schedule starts 8 in the morning until 5 pm and from there I prepare to open from 5 pm to 11 pm Monday to Friday, I confess that it is not easy, but it is a challenge of my life to become independent economically speaking and to assert my time in another country since some countries think things without sense and very bad taste and tell others that I am Venezuelan to great honor and I am not ashamed of it that I fight and I will fight honestly to get ahead and take care of the beings that I love (my family).
