I'm Iking, a student entrepreneur from Philippines!

Holla everyone! I'm Iking from Philippines. Whoo! Finally, I am now part of the steemit community. Actually, it's been several hours since my approval.

Me, myself and I

I am a student, a young entrepreneur supporting myself. I took up Aircraft Maintenance Technology as my first course, but things did'nt go well so I decided to take Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, since I know for myself that I'm good at managing things where money is involved. Guess my experiences from teen age years shaped me to be like this. Anyways, I was raised to be a street smart or "ma-diskarte" in tagalog. So by the age of 19, I started my own online business on where I sell tailored shorts and sweat short for only 100 pesos or $2. Having a business where the form of management is sole-proprietorship requires time and sacrfice, at that age I was able to manage it for almost a year but the time came that I need to focus on my studies so I decided to close my business. Did not regret it though, because I learned so much more on managing things, and still learning. By the way, my goal is to reach my first million at the age of 24.

Why steemit?

As a young entrepreneur, I need to involve myself on different ways on how I can earn money. One day as I was browsing a facebook group about cryptocurrencies, I saw a post about steemit on there she posted her earnings by just blogging, that's how I knew steemit, then an idea came into my mind that this would be the best for me to have an extra income, so I decided to join and blog about foods (coz I love foods!!), clothes, life and cryptocurrency. I also do belive that there's no such thing as easy money, you really need to work hard for it.
