I think steem has the potential to be very big but still has a long way to go (could be more than a year). In the meantime I think it's a great concept and even better community, plus i'm always a fan of getting on board to new technologies. If you look at my latest post I wrote about my ALTfolio, and steem is in there in the top 4 weighting.
