There is, I think photography took the hugest hit. You used to be able to command into the thousands for a wedding shoot. Just a quick look into craigslist and its 500 or less. Its not even worth showing up at that rate. All the micro stock sites really shot down prices.

I once was offered a mere 20 dollars to be in a magazine for a photo that took nearly 3 days to shoot and days of editing, I politely said fuck you and hung up. :/

But we can all hope for greener pastures in the future I suppose. There is a market for anything, you just have to find the market and capitalize.
