Solve problems with universal perspective view

Hello,

        One day everyone will ask this freak question from itself  “Who am i?” 

Well, everyone has its own answer to this question, maybe short maybe long. The answer can show us some secrets about our world.


 Let’s go deeper…   


Everyone knows some of concepts of the answer base on reality, but it worth to remember it one more time. 

We have common things in our body, we have brains as well as some of brain activities like emotions, you know that we have a common feeling about some good events base our life, we have different behavior but have the same feeling about good events, we enjoy that, that makes us happy. So I ask you to feel good at this moment and throw away all of your problems, this going to be a good thing to read and maybe can help to solve every day’s problems, so we need to be happy at this moment.   


Let’s go deeper…


We are so small at this scale; we have tiny time at this perspective but it is reality too.

We live on planet earth, you know that we are part of the solar system and moving in empty space, we are part of this huge system. But it’s just the beginning…

We know that the Earth and the solar system are located in the Milky Way galaxy. 

Base on studies a team of scientists mapped thousands of galaxies in our immediate vicinity, and discovered that the Milky Way is part of a jaw-droppingly massive "supercluster" of galaxies that they named Laniakea. Laniakea contains more than 100,000 galaxies, stretches 500 million light years across, and looks something like this

 And when you look deeper you can see some thing like this

but it’s just world that contains ordinary matter. This ordinary matter fill about 5 percent of universe and we don’t know much about 95 percent of universe yet! 

        We all have our private universe, we can imagine our self in close system since our life begin until we die, we have friends, family, valuable thing and thoughts. We can isolate our self at our universe. Let’s call this universe our “personal bubble”. Your personal bubble is the small world you live in (we all have one), where you are the center of the universe. You are concerned with your wellbeing, not wanting to look bad, succeeding in life, your personal pleasure (good food, good music, good sex, etc.).

When someone tells you look fat, this only hurts because you’re in your personal bubble. You take that statement (a colleague who says you look fat) and believe that it’s about you, and feel the pain or embarrassment of how the statement affects you.

Let’s look at our problems again, how much they are bad. Maybe it threats your life and your family and friend’s life, maybe it’s just a dept., maybe its war, maybe its hunger, maybe its soft problem like overweight or love story. No matter what is that, feel sad when you think about that? Personally I feel like hell when see my problems but every time I manage them and solve them.  

Let’s look at our problem at this scale, universe perspective view.

How this problem will effect world at this scale? How this problem effect on your personal bubble? Let me ask you this question, “Who are you?” I cannot talk about the answer because every one of us has its own answer and its true, there is no right and wrong at this scale, but we are no one, we are some concepts, some moving thing at this scale. we should go with this endless river and if we swim in opposite direction can’t survived, we should accept who we are, we should accept that we are not center of world, we are not special creatures. 

Remember every time you feel happy about thing you do, I mean truly feel happiness, then you swim in good and enjoyable direction of world's endless river. 
  • Whenever you’re angry, frustrated, irritated, fearful, anxious, procrastinating, feeling hurt, wishing people would be different … you’re in the bubble. These are signs. You are at the center of your universe, and everything is relating to you and your feelings. When you can’t stick to habits, or have a hard time with a diet, you’re in the bubble. Your momentary pleasure is what matters in this bubble. Outside the bubble, they’re just little events (sensations of desire, urges) that can be let go of.
  • Second, when you notice that you’re in the bubble, expand your mind and heart. See the bigger picture. Feel what others must be feeling. Try to understand rather than condemning. See how little and petty your concerns and fears have been. Realize that if others treat you badly, it’s not about you, but about their suffering.
  • Third, wish others well. Genuinely want them to be happy, just as you want your own happiness. See their suffering and wish for it to end or lessen. See how you can help. How can you lessen the suffering of others? Sometimes it’s just by paying attention, just listening. Other times you just need to be there, just lend a hand. You don’t need to go around solving everyone’s problems — they probably don’t want that. Just be there for them. And see if you can make people’s lives better — create something to make them smile. Make one little part of their world — a cup of tea, an article of clothing you’ve sewn — be a little space of goodness.

Let’s solve our problem right now, not tomorrow, not next week. Our problem is just our problem; they are NOT big enough to affect your life at this scale. Find the solution at this scale.

So what?!  

I will die someday, maybe there is god maybe there is some big energy, maybe there is after life or it’s just end like when you go sleep every night and feel peaceful. You know the answers from religious from reality from our mind and power of analyzing thing base on our data and information. But we are not sure what will happen next 1000 years from now! Do you know?

We stuck in moving things around us, we are our brain.In other words, we are limited to our thoughts that exists in our brain and we chained to our beliefs. oh god! Life is meaningless sometimes.

but 

you can enjoy your daily life with simple and easy step every time you want to get out of your personal bubble.

Imagine you want to read a book, some romance book. If you finish this book after some long years, did you enjoy it? What if you finish that in one week, how do you feel? we will enjoy more and fell happier if finish it at one week.

Life is something like this achievement, we should have short program for short times of our life. Planning for something you love, you enjoy, then feel good about it and go for it. At this way you find life with purpose, you learn to planning for bigger things and find new thing that you enjoy. 

Step out your personal bubble and see the world. 

I'm here to enjoy my life, to enjoy every fucking second of my life, I do not let fear, anxious or sad thing make me to forget my purpose of my life,TO BE HAPPY.

 I have big important rule at my life.

 I won't do anythings that harm myself or society. I DON’T SWIM AT OPPOSITE DIRECTION.

As you noticed many of this concept are told before and you know them as well as clear sky, just remember it when you stuck in some problem in daily life, try to know yourself out of your personal bubble. Don’t forget you can always turn your mood in good direction that makes you feel good.
