A good heart, a high spirit, and a happy soul.

Hello steemit!! I'm not too familiar with this blog style, or how to get your attention, but I'm Jerrica. I started a blog website called a good heart, a high spirit, and a happy soul about a year ago. I created the saying about 3 years ago when I was going through a very difficult time in my life with a sick loved one. This saying described exactly who I am a woman with a heart that wants nothing but the best for everyone around me, a high spirit because in this difficult time like many hardships I like to keep my head high with a smile on my face, and not only that but I want to spread that to make sure the people around feel good too, and a happy soul because I've been through a lot at such a young age yet I've never stopped trying to seek happiness in love, and the life I've been given. So please, let me introduce myself.
I've included a photo of myself as well as a photo of me and my lovely boyfriend, Andrew. I've been with Andrew for about a year and a half and I'm sure he will be a topic in many posts I make. I'm from northern Ohio and I'm currently studying advertising at Kent State University. I'm not sure what I want to go after I finish school, but I'm confident I'll be successful. I first found my love of writing in high school when I took a creative writing class. As I previously mentioned I've been through a lot in the past 3 years, so unfortunately my mental health has taken a toll on my motivation and productivity. I personally think I've made a lot of progress in the last year and really do feel as though I'm working to be better. An important fact I feel will have a strong toll on my posts and opinions throughout my blog is that I'm a liberal and FUCK DONALD TRUMP. I do apologize if you're offended by that, but not really. I'm friends and even family with plenty of Trump voters/ supporters, but I personally think he is an incompetent celebrity that has no business having control over issues like healthcare, education, environment, etc. I am certain I will make posts about things happening in our country and my opinion may differ from yours but THAT'S OKAY. I'm a genuine and kind person just working to be the best version of myself. I think I'm funny, and interesting, and sometimes have a good thing or two to say, and unfortunately sometimes it feels like no one is listening. Therefore I turn to blogging, so with that being said if you ever need anyone to chat with I'm your girl. I hope you stick around and keep reading what I have to say. Until next time Steemit :)
