In norway going to the doctor is almost free. The state covers my bill to the patient, but the patient pays around 35 dollars each time. But if you see the doctor a lot, there is a maximum roofprice of around 300 dollars. After that everything is free. I bill the state. Tourists have to pay though. Children under 16 are free for all.
