Hello SteemIt!
since introduction seems to be a thing here, I’d like to introduce myself to you all! My name is Chris, I live in the lovely city of Cologne in Germany and I’m a student.
I’m very interested in everything digital, graphic design, cooking, retro-gaming (SNES Rom Hacking especially), photography and I also like to play the guitar.
When it comes to guitar, I love to play songs written by Mark Knopfler and Brian Setzer on my Stratocaster, but I like to listen to other music aswell. At the moment, I’m totally in love with Synthwave and I’m listening to Meteor’s “Parallel Lives” right now.
I’d like to enhance this community by anything I find interesting. My first blog-post will be a tutorial on 3D rendering. If you’re graphic-savvy or just curious, give it a look, I’d be happy to get some feedback. Might post some Guitar, Cooking, Raspberry Pi, Macintosh, Entrepreneurship, Photography … stuff aswell!
I’m very curious myself on this community and I’m happy to be a part of it. Let’s see how we can grow something nice here.
Cheers,
Chris
Hi Chris welcome to steemit, I'm just so curious about your username it's catchy somehow. I wish you all the best and good luck. =)
Hey purepinay, thank you for welcoming me! Yeah the name is indeed catchy :D Theres a reaaaally old computer game called M.U.L.E., which is kind of a board game. Every once in a while, the Mountain Wampus appears and if you're quick enough to catch it, he will give you his treasure. As for me, I chose to be the Forest Wampus, but please don't try to catch me :)
Welcome to steemit,a community for positive people just like you, trust me you'll enjoy every bit of it,It takes patience, commitment, perseverance and dedication to succeed on steemit.you can follow me @donkelly
Thank you, Don Kelly! Your blog sure looks nice, I'll definitely give it a look!
Thank u @forestwampus
Welcome, I have been lurking for a while and was thinking about using the Hello world in my introduceyourself post. Do you code?
Thank you! I don't code on a daily basis.. Sometimes I got some problems some code could solve and I try to fix it myself. Sometimes it works, sometimes I need help by real programmers. I'd say I'm code-curious, but unfortunately I just suck. My last coding "project" was Visual Basic code in Microsoft Excel and I cried only 2 times :)
I was wondering as printing Hello World is usually a first program for many..
Indeed, that was my first java program, too. Thought it would be a nice subject for my first article on an actual blockchain
Welcome to Steemit! Glad to see some new faces!
Hallo und willkommen Chris,
hier findest du eine kleine Einstiegshilfe.
Beste Grüße und viel Erfolg.
