Hey Steemit Communtity, are you wanna be Friends?

Hi, folks!

Nice meeting all of you here, let me start by introducing myself - my name is Elena and I am a young Russian IT student in Canada. Right now my home is in Toronto, but originally I was born in one of the coldest parts of Russia - Siberia.

-"Wait a second, Siberia? Oouu! Snow every single day? Are you riding bears there? Vodka for breakfast?" etc...

All the fun stuff here begins! Of course, most of the people never heard of this part of the world, simply saying:

"If it is not Moscow or Saint Petersburg, it may be not considered as Russia"

Well, happy to say that, Russia is quite vast and it is never enough :) Farther and further till the very end, but the road seems so beautiful and surprisingly endless.

Yes. Snow here is a very friendly guest, and bears might be walking around the streets, vodka for breakfast is too hardcore, preferably for dinner:) Just kidding, but you never know what can hide beyond the neighbors' door. But I will definitely tell you about this, later on; the "Introduction to Siberia" awaits your attention, my friends.

Why Canada?

As I mentioned before, I came here to study and get my Diploma. I am a Seneca College student learning IT (hey Seneca people, if you are here!) Sometimes it gets pretty intense, sometimes it is fun; trying to maintain the healthy balance . My high school was in Russia, so basically, right after that, I continued my education across the ocean, very very far from home.

Why Steemit?

Well, I found myself continuously scrolling my Instagram/Facebook feeds without any goal. The worst part of that was the useless repeating information with a lot of annoying advertisement. Seriously, no fun anymore.
I love the idea of sharing your thoughts, talents, ideas with people. I believe in Community. I want to be part of the thriving Community which prospers and can be beneficial for both parties. Let's grow together!

The road back home is usually very interesting and quite long, so I am gonna be sharing with you my all adventures, travels, thoughts, news; sometimes just simply having a small conversation, "coffee talk", - honestly, I don't want to spread any fake and insincere things which are viral nowadays.
