I'M NEW HERE. LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF

I finally discovered a community where hardwork, seriousness, fun, jokes, games, evil, good, success, religion etc, coexist and can work hand in hand or independently to achieve a desired goal(depending on your values, personality, aims and goals). This is very intriguing to me and practically drives me insane in a good way but before i delve into that, i'm sure everyone wants to know who this wonderful guy is.

My name is Ekikere-abasi and this name came at a time where it felt like the whole world was crumbling for my parents after loosing 3 children before me. Ekikere-abasi means God's thought taken from Jer. 29.11, a popular scripture in the Holy Bible which was and still is a message to my parents not to give up that His thoughts for them are of good and not of evil, to give them a hope and future, thus, my name is EKIKERE-ABASI JOHN BASSEY (thus eejaybee pronounced as EJB derived the first letters of my 3 names).

The music side of life. i enjoy what i do.

I am the second out of four sons of John Bassey(Pastor). I'm from Akwa Ibom state which is in the Southern Part of Nigeria but was born in the North (Sokoto state but now Zamfara state) and i've lived in several states in Nigeria as a result of different transfers issued to my dad who is a clergyman. I currently live in Calabar, Cross
River State, Nigeria.

I'm a licensed Medical Laboratory Scientist by profession. I'm gifted, talented and passionate about a lot of things. currently, i'm a music director in my church (First Love Tabernacle Ministries, Calabar), i train children, teeneagers, youths and adults to sing in my own capacity, i play the keyboard, i'm an author and specialize in writing fictional stories, rhymes and motivational messages. I have penchant for helping youths discover the power of their mind, then train them to harness it to their benefit and the world at large.

As an enterpreneur, i'm also very much in trend with the cryptoworld. Although i'm still studying the Blockchain Technology, i've invested in Bitcoin and other alt coins including steem and i'm also looking forward into delving into cryptocurrency trading fulltime. I'm also a farmer with hectares of plantain plantation and few employees and still expanding.

The farming side of life. I'm no ordinary enterpreneur.

I was also born with a God-given talent in arts and crafts. although its still developing, i appreciate artistry to its fullest because it has everything to do with the creativity of the mind. This has led me to attend some art symposiums to help me see and appreciate the world differently and i'll also be sharing that with the steemit community from time to time while i hope i'll learn a lot from the professionals in that field.

On a lighter mood, i must add that i love eating so much coupled with the fact that my mum taught me how to cook. I challenge any Nigerian lady in the kitchen to a cooking contest on STEEMIT. LOL. Anyways, i prepare great african mouth-watering cuisines and can also teach anyone to my own capacity.

As someone that loves researching, learning new things and sharing the little he has with others, i believe steemit is the best platform to actualize all that as it teems with all calibres of personalities who are multi-skilled and talented thus, my major goal on steemit is to share my uniquesness with the world by helping wherever the need arises while submitting to learn from anyone that can help me improve in all ramifications.

I must state categorically that i'm a child of the most high God, therefore everything i do is to please Him and not to please myself or any man and thus, i will love to connect with men and women of substance, those that share the same visions with me and are also striving to share Jesus Christ to the world in preparation for His secomd coming, i'll love to connect with anyone despite your religion, tongue, tribe, kindred, people or nation for there is always something to learn and share with each other.
