Hello everybody! my name is Hidde. And this is a photo of me just freshly made!
Besides the crypto's I’m also a personal trainer and a teacher in health, communication and psychology. I’m 28 years young and I live in The Netherlands.
Teaching is just like my girlfriend the love of my life, but besides teaching I also love to read and discover more about the human body and how we can improve our body's and make it better and stronger.
I’ve been training 10 years now, and I’m helping clients train better and smarter for almost 7 years. In this time, I gathered a lot of knowledge about training and better eating habits and here on Steemit I would like to share this knowledge with all of you.
