Back in my Misspent Youth, I was a bit of a Partier... Then, one day, I literally woke up & just decided I was done with hangovers and feeling crappy after a long weekend of staying up and dancing all night at the clubs.... So, that day I went for a 3 mile walk and just started exercising, then I cleaned up my diet, & lost 12 lbs.... Now, I'm in bed by 9 pm and get up to exercise/stretch/meditate every morning at 4:30 am....
