Steemit is a community where we can express ourselves freely, no matter what we judge for that, something that is in my country, Venezuela, is not possible.

I am a 18-year-old student of Law and Political Science in two of the best universities in my country: the Central University of Venezuela and the Andrés Bello Catholic University. They will ask themselves, as I did a long time ago and as my friends still ask me; Why study law in a country where the government disrespects the laws, in a country where there is no rule of law, in a country where the rights of citizens are disrespected daily, in a country where there are no human rights, my answer is simple: sometimes you have to take on challenges and if we do not take on the challenge of changing things in our country, nobody will. In Venezuela, hospitals do not work, but there are people studying Medicine. In Venezuela there are no construction materials, but there are people studying architecture. In Venezuela there are no medicines, but there are people studying Pharmacy. In Venezuela there are no rights, but there are people who study laws to be able to change that.
