About me

I am 27 years old currently working in the health and fitness industry for seven years, delivering personal training and group exercise classes; before fitness I was in the acting world so quite the actress, I do get very loud and can be a little on the wild side !!

I teach various classes, four Spinning programmes, one of them called Flywheel which is based in the US, I taught out in New York in 2013 which was such an amazing experience, other programmes I teach, Les Mills Rpm, Body Pump, Boxercise, Aerobics & HIIT my classes are based in Essex & London and I deliver personal training for people at home.

In my spare time, I do a lot of running and love to still be in the gym when I am not teaching otherwise you will find me listening to music on my spotify or sound cloud, I enjoy making playlists for my classes well that is another bit of my job where I am like a DJ checking out songs which will work for my classes and of course to party to the tunes, check out one of my favourite songs below;

Here is a picture of me below completing a 10k run, I just love running for me running is such a great cure for the mind I will post more about the benefits of running;

I guess the most important part about me which I have forgotten to mention is, I love to meet and socialise with new people and have lots of fun.

Life is all about balance and I am a big believer in making sure you spend time with your family and friends as much you can and the following words are true "you never know what you have got till it gone" my Nan was diagnosed with vascular dementia a year ago and its been a really sad time and the quote above is very meaningful as I wish I could have spent more time when she was well.
