Welcome to Steemit... I've been thinking about starting yoga.. mostly to improve flexibility.. but also because so many people who's opinion I respect also do yoga.. they've been trying to convince me for years.. following.. show me your magic.

Not only will it help with flexibility but it will strengthen your core, help with balance and like I tell my fiance it can help a lot with back pain. Its really a win win win. what do you got to loose? just give it a try!
