I will say it again as you seem to struggle with basic comprehension. This is a second account set up to fight spam and plagiarism. It is anon because I knew I would cop flak from insolent idiots like yourself who can't handle constructive criticism and I do write on Steemit professionally so I didn't want my personal account littered with BS like this. I would be making a lot more money if I was posting on my primary account right now, so not quite sure how this is a scam.
I'd love it if everyone set up accounts like this and stopped upvoting the real scammers who add nothing, then I wouldn't have to bother. You say there's enough accounts like this, but there really isn't. I set this account up so I could report a notorious copypasta who was earning $600 USD a week just copying and pasting from a single website - do you actually think that's fair? That he should earn a full time income while creators of original content struggle? That account had been around for a year, but I guess I should have just left it and waited for the other accounts you speak of to deal with.
You don't seem to understand Steemit - there is no official here - everything is handled by the community. If I'd known you were going to be such a knob about this, I would have just reported you, instead I took the time to answer your Mother's questions and point out what you did wrong.
