I came from Aceh, Indonesia @aliciasteyn.. I think it almost like Ethiopian style, but sometimes I just bought the coffee bean and then roast in on my gas stove in a non-stick pan, I added rice and sometimes some spices too. I'm not a professional.. but I like to experimenting on the coffee bean out of curiousity
