RE: Welcome to RT!

I'm an American but after this announcement, I am going to get a subscription to RT on cable TV @rt-international.

  1. I hope you will cover cryptocurrency related news on RT like Bitcoin and even Steem + Steemit Inc.

  2. I highly recommend that RT invests in Steem and convert it to Steem Power. A position of 1 Million + SP would be a force to reckon with and would supply constant marketing on the Steem blockchain without having to spend any of your investment! 😊👍

So you invite them to shape the Trending page their way? Can't believe that the lovers of free speech want to see it die that soon.

I am in favor of freedom of speech and freedom in general but American society is definitely not in favor of free speech. If anything.. it is paid speech in the United States with massive amounts of censorship (the censorship in the U.S. is increasing every year).

If someone wants to censor @rt-international's activities and in general.. speech.. they can create a separate front-end.

Might as well call it MakeAmericaGreatAgain.com and you can even create a Steem-based token on @aggroed's Steem-Engine and name it "USD".

That's "free speech". @isarnoewe

Um, so you consider trending - where posts most amply supplied with paid upvotes exclusively dominate - to be an example of free speech? I am a bit nonplussed by that. Could you please elucidate just a little and provide some reasonable justification for considering the most heavily promoted group of posts on Steem as somehow representative of free speech?

It would be nice for my cognitive dissonance to dissipate, if only a little, regarding your comment.

Thanks!

sorry I doubt they will, I have not seen that communists like to invest

I think they would invest in Steem before CNN or Fox News would.

Do you notice that it was @rt-international that joined @steemit first.. not CNN, Bloomberg or Fox News?

Russia seems to be more savvy than the U. S. Government with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general and I also think they are the ones that bought $100 Million USD in Bitcoin in a single buy last week - if it was them, they might follow it up next month and there after every month with another $100 million USD in Bitcoin purchases.

Having said that, I wish you all the best and hope you find what you are looking for.

Oligarchists do.

Calling Russia Communist today is similar to calling France 'Surrender Monkeys' when the Yellow Vest protests are perhaps the strongest resistance to the globalists today. There is a Communist Party in Russia. It isn't in power. Putin is not a member.

"Currently represented in the State Duma
United Russia (340)
Communist Party (42)
Liberal Democratic Party (40)
A Just Russia (23)
Rodina (1)
Civic Platform (1)"

The Soviet Union ended thirty years ago. Perhaps you might catch up with current events, profitably.

Socialists do you think well? There is not much difference either. They support the communist dictatorships of Cuba and Venezuela. There it is not inverted, it is stolen. In fact for me where there is state there is socialism that steals. That's why I love the blockchain, I love decentralization

You and I agree strongly regarding decentralization. We also agree that government is based on theft, as far as I can grasp from your comment. As to geopolitics, I'm not sure that the support you point out is ideological rather than realpolitik in nature. Russia has enemies, and those enemies also support particular governments I am sure we also will agree aren't shining examples of virtue.

That means Russia needs friends, and there's a very real truth to the old adage 'The enemy of my enemy is my friend.' Not sure such necessities imply that Russia is Communist and won't invest money in Steem - or anything else.

China is actually Communist and they do plenty of investing. BTW, if you're calling me a Socialist, you could not be further from the truth. Phyllis Schlafly of the Eagle Forum once spoke with me on political matters and called me an ultraconservative. She was wrong too, because I'm an anarchist and reckon that people actually are sovereign.

Most of them just abdicate the actual power to the first thugs that come along and demand obedience. I won't.

I agree that you are right, I do not support any government or its media. I live in the first person the dictatorship and that is why I am alarmed when RT says it is beautiful; the same thing that alarms another who lives in a dictatorship supported by CNN. And please, I did not call you a socialist. I probably do not say some things well, I do not speak English and I use Google translator.

I would love RT to invest in Steem, I hope I'm wrong and also that it brings many people, but he has not presented his account on social networks, but with his soundclow account he did. Maybe they're waiting, I do not know, only time will tell and I'll be happy if I'm wrong.
