Hi Steemians. This is my very first blog post on Steemit.
Im a music composer from Bombay or Mumbai, India. This does look confusing, but Im hoping some of you experienced Steemians will help me around here. Like whom to follow, how do I make more interesting content and reach more people here.
I've also posted a few videos on Dtube that you can find on my profile. Im currently exploring my modular system that I bought a month back. Yes ! Im a eurorack noob. You'll find videos of me noodling around with my rig.
I have a the arturia microbrute that Im also fiddling around with. You'll mostly see music related posts in my blog, but you never know ! Im open to suggestions from fellow steemians.
I'll see you guys around.
Welcome @bombe
As a music producer, you definitely should check out @dsound ;)
Thanks ! Followed. :)

That's dope brother! Get your stuff up here as soon as you can there are lots of great areas on the platform for you to find like minded people who like music. #openmic is always good to check out and see the scene. if you like hiphop check out the #thecut
Thanks for the tip mate. I feel we should just use this as a social network and put out great content, regardless of votes, etc. We'll get followers if we're honest about our content. Cheers. :)
welcome ...Im new too... enjoy this community
Hey man, welcome to Steemit!!! Since you're a composer, I would tell you the best two music scenes here, IMO, are #thecut and SMA.
Here are invite links to the two communities. SMA /// The Cut
SMA is more music based. You will find everything there. From MC's, to singers, to musicians, to other producers and composers.
Thecut is pure hiphop. If you are looking for mcs to grace an instrumental you did, that's the place to go.
Welcome and hope you enjoy Steemit!
Thanks James. Someone did tell me about The Cut. Will check out SMA too. Cheers. :)

Wow ! Thanks Spencer. Will surely check it out. Its too much at once. But Im sure, I'll ease in with fellow steemians like you. :)
Yes, it is a lot to take in and there is so much to learn. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of good information out there that is easy to understand. That is why I'm striving to create these videos. My hope is that people will be able to easily understand how Steemit works so they can be successful.
Hey, welcome to steemit!
I have a younger brother who's an amazing live sound engineer, and I ran a theater company for fifteen years, so your setup looks like home! If you haven't yet, check out DSound for audio tracks, lots of original music and dj stuff on there.
I'm @markrmorrisjr and I work with a lot of newcomers. If you haven't yet, you're likley to run into bandwidth issues once you start posting. Here are some free things you can do to minimize the problem. You'll also find the competition for eyeballs can be stiff, so, here are some ideas I'm using to build a new account to test the differences in the platform since I got here 2 years ago. If you need anything, don't hesitate to find me, or follow @dolphinschool (That's my new acccount) for new tips and hacks every day!
Thanks Mark. Thats great! A good live sound engineer gets to travel a lot and also work with good artists. Following you for some tips. See you soon. :)
Well, he learned some multimedia coding languages that pay too well for him to do much audio engineering anymore, but he loves his gear.
Yeah...unfortunately audio engineers dont get paid a ton. Unless he's worked on a platinum record. Haha.
