I've read some really interesting articles describing the aftermath of Autonomous trucks on rural towns. Autonomous vehicles can be outfitted with large enough fuel tanks to make the entire trip without stopping. The towns with truck stops, restaurants who support hard working, local residents will lose millions in revenue, much like the Interstate system destroyed the economy of Route 66 businesses. I'd encourage you to embrace the reality of what this will do to your profession and start planning now for how you can take advantage of the changes.
KSIK, Sikeston. Hope you got a throwed roll!
Well duh, I love Lambert's which is the reason I moved to LA (Lower Alabama) to be near the Lambert's in Foley, AL (20 miles away).
