One of the simplest (and scientifically proven!) ways in which to become happier is to specific feeling. Be glad for one thing or somebody each day, though it’s as easy as oral communication “thanks” to somebody. Write a note. Send AN email. You’ll be happier and additional stunning for it, and that they can too!
