I know it's summer time and everyone wants to have a beach body. These are some lazy hacks to be beach body ready within 2 months! So let's get started with grapefruit! The most easiest and healthiest way!

  • So for those of you who don't know, grapefruit is a cross between Pamela and an Orange.
  • It is a miracle-weight loss fruit.
  • Reduces appetite so you don't junk on unhealthy food.
  • Low in calories yet, high in nutrition.
  • It can help maintain your vision.
  • Boosts metabolism.
  • It helps prevent constipation as it is high in water and fiber content.
  • Lowers cholesterol.
  • Glowing hair and skin.
  • Reduce stress and fatigue
  • Reduce anxiety

Ways to include grapefruit in your diet.

  • Always remember, it is best to eat your grapefruit in room temperature. You can add it in your fruit salad or even your vegetable salad for a hint of sweetness.
  • Instead of using your regular white sugar, try squeezing and using the fresh juice of grapefruit to sweeten your cookies, cakes and breads.
  • Use grapefruit juice as your ice cream topping instead of your regular suggary toppings.
  • For those of you who are very serious about maintaining your weight, drink at least two glasses of grapefruit juice everyday after your meal.

My grapefruit juice recipes

*Freshly squeezed grapefruit. (No sugar)

  • Freshly squeezed grapefruit with orange juice and lemon.
  • Freshly squeezed grapefruit, carrot and ginger.
  • Add 2-3 slices of grapefruit to your water bottle and carry your own diy detox water everywhere you go.
  • Grapefruit smoothies (the thicker the better). You can also add other fruits of your choice.
  • Grapefruit milkshake

Note: If you absolutely must need sugar, use brown sugar or jaggery. But avoid white refined sugar at any cost!
