Most of the code would be a one time see, then copy paste from a template you made. There are some web HTML5/CSS3 editors that make the process easier like Wix.com. You could just design your post/blog stile from a template from there then save it. You must check if the blog toolkit integrated in Steem can manage CSS3. Just make the sample design, copy the HTML code into the steem editor and take a look at the preview. If it looks as good as in the wix editor then you are almost ready to go. For the images you just have to edit the url that links to them into the code. It worths the job :)
