I look forward to joining the Steemit Community today. My name is Jessica Dwyer, most people like to call me Jess or Jessi.

I am passionate about Natural Health and Wellness, and living in harmony with Mother Nature. I live a wholistic lifestyle focusing on Body, Soul and Mind. True healing is achieved when we address our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

We were designed to experience Vitality and Bliss, and sadly, a very toxic modern living has robbed us of this right! I invite everyone to follow me on my journey of exploration as I seek to increase my Bliss. I have been on this journey since 2007 when I first experienced the amazing benefits of meditation. In 2010 I began to focus on living a greener cleaner lifestyle using natural products and eating raw organic foods from Mother Earth.

So....join me in reclaiming your birthright....your Bliss! Let me share with you the knowledge I am gaining on how to bio-hack this amazing body of ours....and bring it back to its most glorious state!

I will be sharing a variety of health and nutritional wisdom I have accumulated which has brought me wellness and Bliss! I have learnt from some amazing Natural Doctors and people I have met along the way. I am studying various alternative therapies and looking to follow my passion and build a career in health and wellness; and your support would be much appreciated.
