Ballinconscious is Back!

Happy to come back to such a happy, thriving and growing community. Wow, steemit has grown so much since the 3 months that I have been gone. Ive gained 250 followers even with me not being active; I can clearly see that people are waiting to hear from me. Trying to come back out of my isolation. I have a very strong desire to share myself and what I create with everyone so I am not fully sure why I seclude myself sometimes. It is hard for me to even write all this right now.

I guess I left for a while because there was a lot of arguing and drama about everything; I started feeling blank about everything I wrote and created. Feeling like each word I expressed was not as good as it could have been (not creating quality content). Also I started focusing on the money too much and became too desperate to have it; Trading became too emotional and every loss felt so devastating. So I took a hiatus from all things crypto.

Ironically I would have made the most money if I just kept on steeming on steemit consistently, a little disappointed I didn't. My fellow steemers who were posting as consistently as I was now have about 20-40k. I was shocked to come back to see steem prices so high (wow I have 13K worth of steem, I earned more money from steem than I did with trading). What was 10$ 5 months ago is now worth 200$ approximately. Also the huge influx of users was also surprising! Great to see everyone thriving and growing on steemit.

A Ballin Epiphany

I've realized that I have more money now than I have ever had in my life. after I joined steemit and went to steemfest last year I have gained around 3 BTC in crypto assets from trading (which I am now down to 1 BTC after cryptos dropped recently and me forgetting about margin trades I had open) and now I have 13k worth of steem. Now that I have a significant amount of money, there are actually several things that I have been wanting to buy and a debt that I have been wanting to pay back (I will talk more about all this in one of my next posts).

Besides those things, I realize now that If I were to take out all that money at once I would have no idea what to do with it. I have spent a lot of my life being very conservative with spending and acting impulsively. So I realized I don't actually "need" more until I know what I want; It won't necessarily help me to know what I want to create. So I am now discovering what I actually want to create and how I want to express myself.

Discovering Steemit

Almost a year ago I joined steemit. Steemit has inspired me to start creating content to share with others on the internet. In the beginning with the motivation of monetary gains and now transforming into being fuel for the sole purpose of creating/sharing that which fulfills me. Now with the help of steemit I can support my desire to create with the money that I have made from steemit.

Who is Ballinconscious

I am a musician, therapist, philosopher, poet, blogger, and even more! But even more than all those things, I am a person who constantly pursues creating/supporting things that expands my life and others.

As a musician I am able to express myself through the vibration sounds that move me. I play guitar, piano, didgeridoo, DAW and I am a singer/song writer. Creating through my music brings me a great amount of satisfaction and I will be sharing more of it online soon.

As a therapist I help others through massage and hypnotherapy. Massage is the practice of moving tissue with the hands for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. While hypnotherapy is the practice of focusing the mind in a trance like state to create any changes for therapeutic purposes. It is important to strengthen & synchronize the mind, body and spirit together as one.

My next three goals

• Create a music album from all the music I have ever created
• Post on steemit & other social media frequently to share & expand the expression of myself online.
• Travel to the national rainbow gathering in Oregon
