I'd like to create several apps for Steem blockchain like ChainBB from @jesta or SteemQ from @xeroc

Actually, as I mentioned, I already started creating them so the first will be released this week. Don't know whether it would be useful or not but definitely worth trying. I'm going to write more about it in the next couple of days.
