Hi Kent, I'm with the Steemit Team and would like to extend an official "welcome" to the platform! I started off as a content creator on the platform and agree 100% with what you said you like most about the platform. I had been thinking about shooting videos and writing articles for years but did barely anything before finding steemit. Once I joined I couldn't STOP creating content, and while everything might not have been the greatest, I did get better over time.
What makes me so excited about people like you joining the platform is that you already know what it takes to become a successful content creator and you can help educate our users on how to do that too, thereby increasing the overall quality of the content stored on our blockchain.
