PUSH vs PULL sample workout

Hiiii I’m baaaaack!

I’ve been learning a lot lately about different combination exercises (compound) vs. isolation moves and having the best time putting it all together. Did a PUSH chest and quads workout Monday, a PULL back and hams workout Wednesday and all the leftover muscles today!
