I read your blog on paranoia--impressed by the level of detail, and science. I think the biggest issue with medical marijuana now (besides that fact that in many places it's hard to get and it's not covered by insurance) is that not enough research has been done to convince people of its efficacy for specific conditions. With its increased availability, I expect those studies to become available over the next few years.
