So who am I?
My name is Regie. I am 27 yrs old and I live in Sweden. I have a shitty phone at the moment that cannot take sharp images but that is me on the picture. As you can see I was very happy when I took that picture and my paper is not even readable, but I hope that will do for now.
I work in IT-support for a small private firm and sits all day reading about blockchains and alt currencies when Im not helping a customer.
My hobbies are photography, music and film. I try to combine those three to create something that I can share with the world and maybe put a smile on someones face. I started taking photographs last year realising small ideas that I envisioned. I also try to produce my own music which is a harder part because it's really not that easy, but I manage to produce samples that can be used for intros and etc. Sometimes I make videos and put them up on youtube and I also watch a ton of films as well, my favorite movie is Donnie Darko and I finally get it at the age of 27. I occasionally write blogs and articles but mostly in swedish, but Im trying to be better at it in english as well. Here is some of my works.
What is my take on this new technology called Blockchains?
I believe it is the future and will bring a lot of good changes.
- People having the ability to store their money digitally in their own electronic wallets instead of banks is one of them.
- Charities or welfare services on blockchains will be transparent and efficiently provides to those in needs.
- Information uploaded on blockchains that are free and unrestricted for anyone to get, free education and higher self education is suddenly available for anyone in the world.
- Marketplaces where sellers and buyers are connected from all over the world and making trades instantly.
- Artists and freelancers being able support themselves thanks to services like Steemit, where they not only get exposure of their works and arts, but they are also able to earn real money directly.
I believe blockchains can provide services for all of those things and bring more solutions which will make it easier for all of us and that is why I believe in this.
