No, to one place in Europe I live - if you very ill - they will probably do some in hospital by default, but in other countries you can go and ask for Health System sponsored checkup blood analysis or you can pay and do it privately , here - no chance. Sorry will not tell where it is, I don't want to diminish my current country of residency :)
