Good day to all residents of the city Steemit! Let me remove my backpack and introduce myself

My name is Anna Drem, and I’m building a private practice as a life-coach for women.

For me it is the best job ever. Every week I communicate with women who have completely different tasks to solve, but with the same goal to create a life full of happiness and wonder.

I used to think that all which happened depended on character. Now I would add that a huge influence on our actions or inertia affect limiting beliefs. Actually, this one I like in coaching the most. It gives an ability to define inner frames and change them to good ones which assist, but not make problems.

Sounds not bad, right?

However, I’ll be honest. It’s been quite a ride.

I grew up trying myself in different activities. Yet, when time for choosing my future profession came I still didn’t know what I wanted to do. The only thing which attracted me was art.

Certainly, nobody thought it was a serious profession. In other side, it started to become popular to know foreign languages and perspectives of globalization. So I choose modern specialization with solid name “international economy relations”.

After graduation, I started to work in an office dealing with partners from Europe, Asia and North America. It was great experience, but I …suffered. Strict schedule. Same tasks. Limits in career grow…I understood I would be unhappy person all my life if I did nothing to find my true work and stayed in office forever.

It took me several years of searching and attempts. Owing to them now I feel myself confident as specialist in massage, style, basic art and reiki. From one side aspiration to know as much as you like is creditably. From other it requires time, money, efforts and doesn’t give a sense of certainty.

I made money, lost money and invested in myself. I made friends, lost friends, broke hearts and got mine broken. I learned to be real, open and generous. I taught myself how to be more effective, useful and listen to my inner voice but not to copy dreams of others. The way of searching filled me with inspiration and sadness, happiness and brokenness. I lost myself many times and then find again.

All this time (and up to now) I was supported by believing that inside we have all answers to every question that appears. I've also had many wonderful teachers who spoke to me from pages of books. I'm sure many of you know their names: Klaus J.Joehle, Stephen R.Covey,Barbara Sher, Robin Sharma, Viktor Frankl, Eckhart Tolle, Daniel Goleman, Richard Branson and many others.

Finally, in 2015 I fall in love with Coaching. Like all aspects of life it is a wild journey which let me be abundantly me in every way. I’m still in proses of creation and improving myself. Still facing with challenges and perfectionism) But it is completely other story which filled with energy, supporting and motivating goals.

Some more personal details :

• I used to move from one rent flat to another within the same city every two years. Finally, when at last I bought my own apartment I …moved to other country. Currently live in Spain. During first year here I have been moved 4 times. Now I have good skills to pack all my things within 2,5 hours:))

• Yoga is for the lazy people. Using to do active sports, I was convinced that slow movement and concentration on breathing are for people who do not like actions. However, now I understand that the slower, the more difficult. To be in the moment here and now is art. It was a good lesson to change opinion. Now, I do not condemn and do not criticize what I do not understand.
  

• My weakness is croissants. In order not to feel pangs of conscience for each eaten croissant I squat 50 times. The conscience is calm and body is satisfied.

• I like commercial TV. It provides an excellent opportunity to jump out of sofa and redo a lot of cases. Sometimes during these 10-15 minutes, you can do more than for the whole day. After all, this is a game with the TV - to have time until the show went on.

• I worked in international economy, fashion, sales and marketing to find my “calling”. These all gave me understanding that I feel most free without office limits running my own gig.

• I'm a girl whose mood can change a lot during the day! That's why I believe my family and closest friends are very strong and patient people.
  

• The biggest lesson I've learned is that the reality is holographic. Every person lives in his/her own world and look at thing in other way than me. I can argue, prove something, but first I should hear the other party and try to understand his/her point of view with all my respect to it. It is do easy to say then to implement in reality! Still there is no developing without challenges.

• I do believe in the power of visioning because it does works! However, never trust on words ))

• I love giving presents. I love getting them too. Especially those ones which made by hands.

• I'm committed to having it all. The travelling, the sunrise, the business, the books, the croissants. Freedom. Pleasure. Everything.
