Introduceyourself "The travel smoothie"

Hi Steemlings! 🤗

We are Katie & Frank a german couple, an interesting smoothie relationship of a rational mathematician and an emotional psychologist 😅. And we are travelling the world!

"Once upon a time" in Germany we were driving in our car and thought about just quitting everything... instead we wanted to live our dream of full time travelling for at least a year 😉. So after a couple of months of planning we just did it!

In January 2017 we quit our jobs, moved out of our apartments, sold everything and got on a plane... just with our backpack's! We love it! To be honest it's absolutely fantastic!

Our trip started in January 2017 in Taiwan. Now we've been travelling for about 7 months already. We've had an incredible time in Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia and Thailand so far. Now we think it's time to share our special moments and experiences with YOU!

Both of us have already been travelling since a long time before we went on this world trip. We have been to soooo many places in the world in the last years! Just to mention a few we are passionate about: Iceland, Hawaii, South Africa, Caribbean... and our next trips are going to take us to Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Beijing. In Beijing we are even going to take the transsiberian railway to Moscow! It's going to be a real adventure!

Frank's passion is to make beautiful pictures and most of the time he is planning our trips, looks up all the information and has an eye on our budget. I am fully the psychologist who likes to write about our experiences, emotions, discussions and sometimes even fights in our relationships. So I guess our posts are going to be both informational and psychological 😉.
