A very warm hello to all the STEEMITIANS. I am a girl who belongs to a very conservative family. During my school days, I was often busy with studying. Although I also played a lot but studying was my hobby. But over the years I have changed a lot; I have understood that life is not only about studying and settling but it’s about exploring, meeting new people, meeting people who are different from you in every sense, doing weird things, hanging out with your friends and family for no reason. Over the years life has taught me so many beautiful things. Now I can define myself in just three words- FREE FREE AND FREE. I am not bound by anything and am ready to accept whatever comes my way.!
I love to read a lot. Reading is my all-time mood booster. It is fun and I want to become a fluent reader for life. I even write a lot. Just after completion my post-graduation in interior designing, I grew fond of writing. One day, in the middle of the night when I was feeling sleepless, I opened my laptop and started writing and that’s how it all started. I started searching for writing platforms so that I could favour my new born dream of becoming a thoughtful author.!
Writing is a tricky thing. Most everyone can hit a beach ball with a stick, but very few would think that means they are ready to play in the World Series!! Excepting the freaks of nature, which very few of us are, anything we decide to do takes time to get good at. It’s just that simple. And I want to be freaking good at writing; I know it will take a lot of time but as the proverb says “patience pays”. So I am calmly looking forward for the day I’ll become a nurtured writer.
Few weeks ago or I guess 1 month ago, my friend @aishwarya suggested me to join steemit and that’s how I am here. I am very thankful to her for recommending me such a nice platform to write. My other hobbies include dancing, sketching and making DIY products. I used to complete my younger brother’s craft projects when I was in school. He loved what I did but never thanked me for that and that’s how brothers are..Ha-ha
So for now, I am giving time to my writing and to steemit for sure!!
I think all these things are enough to describe me. Hope steemit will help in nurturing the author in me.
