Do you check the label when buying a water bottle?
You can get poisoned or cancer from plastic bottles, so always check the labels on the plastic bottles.
1. PET or PETE.
They emit heavy metals and chemicals which affect the hormonal actions in the body. it can also be carcinogenic.
2. HDP or HDPE. These one is the "safty" plastic because they does not emit chemicals, so they are normally used for yogurt and milk bottles.
3. PVC or 3V This type of plastics emit two poisonous chemicals that impact the hormones in the body According to one study: Because of PVC's heavy chlorine content. https://toxtown.nlm.nih.gov/text_version/chemicals.php?id=84
4. LDPE This plastic is often used to make bottle production since it doesn't release any chemicals in the water.
5. PP This type of plastic also doesn't pose much of a health risk. This is the plastic commonly used to as packaging yogurt and syrup.
As a result, 2. 4. 5 : Safety choice,
1. : Use with caution
3 .: Avoid
Unfortunately, The water bottles I bought at supermarkets are PETE on labels.
Where you can read the labels? Please Check -> It is very blurred under the bottle.
