Hello, Hivers! I am Churchill and I go by the name of Chilly Adventures. My friends call me Church, Chill, or Chilly. I am just a simple woman who loves adventure, full of dreams, curiosities about our existence, and life’s purpose. At 32, I’m still figuring life. Going with the flow where life takes me. At 32, various realizations were made too. Life, trust, people, family, love, friends. If there is one lesson I’ve learned is that never ignore your gut feelings. The more you ignore or postpone it eventually, it will screw you up.

2 months ago, in conversation with a friend and a long term player (Leveluplife), who had recently introduced me to the earning capabilities of Crypto asked me if I would like to venture further down the rabbit hole (It was a Matrix moment) and my response, why not, I had very little understanding of what was in store and how this could benefit so many people. He began to tell me about NFT's which in fairness I was not really that interested in and could not believe the prices that people were paying. He then said for me to download Splinterlands, and that's where my journey began. I was hesitant at first to start playing, my spare time had been either playing Destiny 2 or Gears of War on the Xbox One, how would this new Block Chain Game compete with that I asked myself, well it did just that. its been about 2 months now I have not touched the Xbox One.

I'm an eSports Journalist from Australia and truly trying my best to start a new Career covering the greatest news eSports and Gaming have to offer!
I'm a guy who has just reached his thirties, i've spent the last 20 years of my life working deadend "Sales" jobs because I've always had the "Gift of the Gab" as we say in Australia. When COVID lockdowns and restrictions came into place I noticed myself in a real hole, depressed, working everyday just to get through it and pay my bills, no direction or passion... I was "Washed Up" as they say.

Sometimes I wonder if the process of introduction/ term introduction never existed, what will you do at first when you meet someone or you are in an environment that’s totally new to you. How will we cope? Would the world be in chaos?? How would dates be? Hmmm really don’t want to imagine it. But then again, I find myself in a civil world and courtesy demands that I do so “Courtesy and its demand LOLS”.

My real name is Sushmita, my relatives used to call me MITA (pronounced as MAY-TA), I didn't like it cause every time they call me by that nickname, they add E to it, so it sounds like MAY TA-E.. and that's not really good. 😂 so I changed it to Sushi.

Guess what? I accidentally discarded my 1500-word intro draft a while ago so I have to rewrite this again. It took me more than a week to compose that draft but now writing this took me less than two hours. I guess, it wasn’t such an unlucky experience, right? At least I’ve learned to make another copy of each content I write here especially when unexpected things happen. Do yáll feel me? 😁
