Very interesting, I'm in financial services business. Its fascinating to see how technology is changing things and also not. Many people are gravitating toward technology solutions, however many of those are also discouraged by the lack of personal advice and communication. It will be interesting to see how those things balance going forward. When everything is going well people seem to be fine with technology, but when things go badly, human beings still seem to want someone to talk to or even go see face to face.

That's a great point. That might be because people are accustomed to dealing with other people for customer service, sales, etc., but as technology improves, the norm for many will be dealing with technology first. This will be true for Gen Z and beyond as they will have no "pre-digital" expectations to unlearn.

I can see some of that, but I do think that ingrained in our DNA is a need for interpersonal relations. My hope is that technology provides platforms for people to spend more time with the people that matter most and less time dealing with unimportant issues.
