Instagram is one of the most used social networks worldwide, so each update that comes to the platform is of great interest to the millions of users who are members of the application. Now, a new rumor suggests that there could be a Portrait Mode so that the photographs have a better personal stamp.
In the Android operating system, it was discovered that Instagram added a new button called "Portrait shutter icon", which suggests that each post could have the option to manually change a portrait. That is to say, the images could be defocused manually just like it happens with DSLR cameras that have smartphones like iPhone 7 Plus and successors or Google Pixel 2, Samsung Galaxy A8 or others.
The option was discovered through an APK of the application and this one would allow that the second plane of each image can be defocused so that the face of the person in question is the most remarkable.
Instagram has become a really attractive and entertaining platform, since it offers the opportunity to make ephemeral or artistic content through functions such as Boomerang, or the "Superzoom" to give a better touch to each publication.

Before the possible arrival of this update, the Techcrunch portal communicated with Instagram developers, but did not want to mention anything about it.
However, the same had already happened when the social network was about to include GIFs in the stories, so that does not indicate that the rumor is false. In any case, we will have to wait for the platform to provide official information about it.
Since Instagram copied Snapchat's basic feature that became its star update, the social network has not stopped providing attractive new features for users such as the ability to record live, add GIFs, new Augmented Reality filters, video calls or simple and simply talk individually or in groups through a messaging section.
