Thanks @greatness96 for your insightful post . I know when I worked in Corporate Marketing and Sales there was always a famous mantra we went by : "You're only good as your next sale."
In other wards ,you may have had a good month last month. But it's the new month and your job depends on making more sales in the new month
We were NEVER satisfied, especially our sales manager :( Needless to say Stress, stress, stress was a major part of it.
Hmmm, such is life. Keep doing your best.
